Other ideas...
I'm excited that this card is so easy to make. I might work on perfecting a more unruly nest, but for now, I'm pretty pleased with the results. It's a new direction for me and sewing, but I feel oddly confident about it. Perhaps I'll get more spontaneous and free-growing, and less obsessively calculated. Maybe I'll look back at this card in a few years and think to myself, "I used to be so restrained".
it's both less strained or more illustrative...seems like a direction you've been heading towards!
